Yes! Phoenix Jewellers offers international shipping.
All purchases will be in a Phoenix Jewellers box. During the checkout process, you will be given the option to have your purchase gift-wrapped.
Phoenix Jewellers has a fantastic lay-away option! This allows you to secure the piece that you love and gives you up to 4 months to complete the payment. All that is required is a 20% deposit for the piece to be yours! Once the piece is fully paid, you can pick it up at Phoenix Jewellers or we can ship it to you! Payments can be made at your convenience (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
The Phoenix Jewellers team is always happy to help! You can contact us by email or phone, and someone will be ready to assist!
If you need any assistance with engagement rings or have any general education questions, you may request to speak with someone from our team. We also have master jewellers on site during business hours and can set up a consultation with one of them for you!

Care & Repair FAQs
We can do an appraisal for you at Phoenix Jewellers!
We ask that you bring the jewellery in to Phoenix Jewellers to be appraised. You are not required to leave the piece with us. Our master jeweller will take note of all the information required for it. Once the appraisal is ready, we will contact you!
Phoenix Jewellers has established and maintained high standards in design, materials and craftmanship. With some simple care, you can help preserve and protect your jewellery for years to come!
We recommend that you bring your engagement ring or wedding set in every 3-6 months to have a complementary inspection and cleaning!
We also offer high quality jewellery cleaner and cloths that are available for gold, gemstones, silver, or pearls!
All repairs are done on-site. To have your items repaired, we ask you to bring them to Phoenix Jewellers. Our master jeweller will assess the piece, provide a fee for repair, and infrom you of when your piece will be ready!

Our master jeweller will provide you with a date that your piece(s) will be ready for pick up at the time you drop them off. However, if a date is not provided, you are welcome to contact our team for an update!

Cultured pearls should be kept free of perfumes, cosmetics, perspiration, and dirt. You may gently wipe cultured pearls with a slightly damp cloth.
We also recommend a high-quality pearl cleaner that we have available for purchase to care for your pearls.
In store, we offer complementary cleaning.
We also recommend a high-quality silver cleaner that is available for purchase.
If the sterling silver products have an oxidized finish, avoid using a silver polishing cloth.
In store, we replace watch batteries and remove or add watch links to your band.

Engraving FAQs
Depending on the piece of jewellery, engraving is available.
Phoenix Jewellers is pleased to offer monogramming, standard engraving, and hand engraving.
Price for engraving varies based on what is requested!

Unfortunately, items that are engraved are personalized and cannot be returned.
